FTT

Activities for children

Start your adventure with combat sports!

At FTT, we are proud to offer a comprehensive training program for children from the age of 6. We introduce our young students to the world of combat sports, such as BJJ wrestling, striking and NOGI. Each of these disciplines develops not only physical skills, but also character, teaching discipline, respect and perseverance. At FTT, we focus on the holistic development of our youngest athletes. The classes are not only a form of physical activity, but also fun and a way to use children’s energy in a healthy way. Thanks to small training groups, each child receives individual attention and training tailored to his or her individual needs.
